Conference Fees and Registration

Fees, per person, to attend the conference are given below. These include attendance at all sessions, documentation, morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea, the evening social events and a copy of the Conference Proceedings on a CD.

Employees of an ILA Member company may register as delegates for Pb2015 at the reduced fee shown above.  Pb2015 speakers and session chairmen are entitled to a special registration fee of €995.00 + VAT at 23%.

Government delegates attending the International Lead Zinc Study Group meetings should contact the Conference Secretariat directly to register for the event.

Accompanying Persons

A fee is payable for persons who are accompanying delegates to Pb2015.  This will cover lunches and evening social events, but not attendance at the Conference sessions.

Registration

Online registration is now open

Delegates can register and pay their fees in one of two ways:
  • Online with payment by Credit Card: Mastercard or Visa
  • Downloading the Registration Form and paying by bank transfer or credit card to ILA.

All pre-registered delegates and accompanying persons will be sent confirmation of their registration including the appropriate VAT invoice.

VAT Reclaim

Cancellations and Substitutions

If it becomes necessary to cancel a registration, please contact the Conference Secretariat. The following refund conditions will apply:

Cancellation before 25 February 2015 Full refund less a service fee of €75.00
Between 25 February and 25 March 50% refund
After 25 March No refund

Substitutions may be made at any time but the Conference Secretariat must be informed.
