Conference Fees and Registration

Fees, per person, to attend the conference are given below. These include attendance at all sessions, documentation, morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea, the evening social events and a copy of the Conference Proceedings.

Employees of an ILA Member company may register as delegates for Pb2017 at the reduced fee shown above.  Pb2017 speakers and session chairmen are entitled to a special registration fee of €995 + VAT at 19%. 

Accompanying Persons

A fee is payable for persons who are accompanying delegates to Pb2017.  This will cover lunches and evening social events, but not attendance at the Conference sessions.

Registration

Online registration opens the week commencing 30 January 2017
Delegates can register and pay their fees in one of two ways:

  • Online with payment by Credit Card: Mastercard or Visa
  • Downloading the Registration Form and paying by bank transfer or credit card to ILA.

All pre-registered delegates and accompanying persons will be sent confirmation of their registration including the appropriate VAT invoice.

VAT Reclaim

Cancellations and Substitutions

Substitutions may be made at any time, but please notify the Conference Secretariat as soon as possible. If it becomes necessary to cancel a registration please contact the Conference Secretariat as soon as possible. The following refund conditions will apply: 

Cancellation before 26 April 2017 Full refund less a service fee of €75
Between 26 April and 31 May 2017 50% refund
After 31 May 2017 No refund
