Conference Fees and Registration

Fees, per person, to attend the conference are given below. These include attendance at all sessions, documentation, morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea, the social events, access to the exhibition and copies of all papers presented.

All delegate fees are subject to 20% VAT.

Accompanying Persons

A fee is payable for persons who are accompanying delegates to 14ELBC. This will cover lunches and evening social events, but not attendance at Conference sessions or the exhibition.

Discounts available

When three or more delegates, accompanying persons not included, from the same company/organisation register at the same time for 14ELBC, a reduction of €150 per delegate may be taken from the fee.

14ELBC speakers and session chairmen are entitled to a special registration fee of €1450 + VAT.

Eligible registrants may claim the largest applicable reduction to which they are entitled. Only one reduction in the fee, however, may be taken. Accompanying persons are not entitled to any discounts.

Registration

Delegates can register and pay their fees in one of two ways:

  • Online with payment by Credit Card: Mastercard or Visa.
  • Downloading the registration form and paying by bank transfer. Please complete the registration form and send it to the Conference Secretariat, the International Lead Association, in London with payment in Euros. Please refer to the form for payment options which include bank transfer or credit card. 

All pre-registered delegates and accompanying persons will be sent confirmation of their registration including the appropriate VAT invoice.

Cancellation

If it becomes necessary to cancel a registration, please contact the Conference Secretariat. The following refund conditions will apply:

Before 11 July 2014 Full refund less €75 
Between 11 July and 8 August 2014   50% refund 
9 August 2014 onwards No refund


Substitutions may be made at any time but the Conference Secretariat must be informed in writing.

The organisers cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, damages or accident to private property or for additional expenses incurred as a result of delays or changes in air, rail, road or other services, strikes, sickness, weather or other causes. All participants are encouraged to make their own arrangements for health and travel insurance.
